Went to do our CIP again. This time, with cat/mel/miyane to old folks home!!
(for 2nd tym)

Damn the blogger mann took me so long to upload the photos!!!!
Sorry for the delay ah hahaha!

Anyway it was drizzling when we got there.. That explains the foto of Miyane carrying the umbrella for Mel. =P

I think going to the old folks home more or less can exercise wor.
Know why ??

The place's located at the uphill, muz climb!!!! =D

Reached there was given tasks to do.

Cat/Miyane : Washed the clothes.. They encountered a sister who's good or somewhat learning chinese, also quite funny. So gud ah, wash clothes also got entertainment hahaha.

Gracexz/Mel : Washed the plates.. Nothing funny happened.

After that, went to rest awhile cos there's nothing to do..yet.

Then we were told to removed the decorations which was held las sat..

After removing the decor, we were told to peel off the shells of prawns!!!!
We went OMG!!!
Must pluck the eyes out somemore!!!!

Completed!

After peeling off, our hands were very sticky!
Washed out hands alot of times..
Now I understand my mama hands when she plucked the shells out..
the prawns so ke lian :(
Lucky not for us to eat =x

Did more helping.. and it's time for the old folks to eat!!!

After helping them, we went to prepare our lunch.
Eh, volunteers' lunch!!

Peeled off mango's skin.
Din dare to touch knife, so I waited till Mel peeled finished den use her -duno whats that call-
Only MY used knife, heehee.

This auntie very cute. Keep askin me not to include her in the photo.
When I snapped, with camera flash on,
she'd go: " Aiyo! Lightning ah (in hokkien)"
and asked me not to take , LOL

And throughout the cutting process and in the kitchen, we were indeed very entertained by her and her jokes.

Must be wondering why our lunch got to do with mango?
We doing mango salad!!!
The mango's salad mixed with chilli, sugar and salt.
Really yummy.

In the kitchen, i rmbr one joke the aunty said, when cat/mel were washing the rice.
she said : Dont wash the rice till 4 cups of rice become 3 cups. (translated)
Haha!
